Sleep on and try out your silk product for 50 nights, and if you’re not completely thrilled with it, simply return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to Organise a Return
If you’re not in love with your Sleepy Silk product after trying it out for 50 nights, send an email to us at info@sleepysilk.com and we’ll give you a return authorisation code. Then, send your item to the below address, making sure to include proof of purchase and your authorisation code:

You’ll need to bear the cost of return freight as this will not be reimbursed. You’re welcome to use any shipping method you’d like, however we recommend picking a method with a tracking feature so that you ensure the item is received by us. Once we receive your item, we will process a refund back to the credit card that you originally used to make the purchase.
The Fine Print
Please note that if you used a promotional voucher when you purchased the item, this may affect your refund amount. If the promotional voucher required a minimum spend, and returning the item causes the total order value to fall below this amount, the promotion will no longer apply. The remaining items in that order will be valued at their full price again, and your refund for the returned item will be the total cost of your order, less the full price of the remaining items that you keep.
