Q. How can I purchase from you?
A. The quickest and easiest way to buy something from us is through our online store. Our site is protected with SSL encryption so you know your details are kept safe, and we have a secure payment gateway through Stripe that accepts all major credit cards – easy peasy! For those who prefer to do things the old fashioned way and speak to a real live human, you can call us on +61 (03) 9018 5550 to place an order over the phone and pay by credit card.
Q. Do you have any retail distributors?
A. We currently don’t have any distributors and only sell directly to the public via our online store.
Q. What are the benefits of mulberry silk?
A. The finest and most luxurious silk available, mulberry silk is unbelievable soft and incredibly smooth. Q. What is the quality of the silk that you use?
A. All our silk products are of the highest quality, and are made from grade 6A and 25 momme 100% Mulberry silk, woven in a charmeuse weave for ultimate indulgence.
Q. What are silk grades?
A. The grade of silk refers to the length of the silk fibres, with longer lengths resulting in a smoother, more lustrous finish. Our products are all made from grade 6A mulberry silk, being the highest grade of silk available in the world.
Q. What is momme?
A. Unlike most other fabrics, the quality of silk is not determined by thread count, but rather by a metric called momme (pronounced 'moe-mee'). Momme measures silk density and weight, and the greater the momme, the higher the quality of the silk and the longer its lifespan. Most silk products on the market range between 19 - 22 momme, but all of our products are made from 25 momme silk, so that each piece is of the most superior quality and durability.

Q. Is shipping really free for everything?
A. Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all our products, sent anywhere in the world.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We can send our products all around the world, including to Australia, US, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia and NZ! See Countries We Send To for a full list of countries.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We aim to dispatch all items within 2 business days of an order being placed, and delivery itself should take anywhere between 1 – 10 business days within Australia and 4 – 13 business days in other countries depending on where you are having it sent. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the whereabouts of your parcel online. Q. What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?
A. If the address is unattended at the time of delivery the carrier will simply leave a note card which you can use to either arrange a pick-up from a nearby collection point, or organise a redelivery of the item. If there generally isn’t someone at your home during business hours, you may want to have your order delivered to a workplace, a neighbour or a friend’s house instead.
Q. If I have my order sent internationally, will I need to pay import taxes?
A. In some countries, a small local import tax or duty charge may apply upon delivery/collection – if you do incur these additional import fees, please send proof of payment to us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to reimburse you for these costs. No hidden fees or charges here!
Q. How does the 50 Night Guarantee work?
A. We are so confident you’ll love every silk product purchased from us, that we’re offering you a 50 Night Guarantee! Sleep on and try out your silk product for 50 nights, and if you’re not absolutely thrilled with it, simply return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Q. What happens if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
A. We try to ensure that every item leaves our warehouse in tip top condition, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can get a replacement out for you as soon as we can.
In some instances it may not be possible for us to send a replacement and we may need to issue a full refund upon return of the damaged item instead. In this case, we would bear the delivery charges associated with having the damaged item returned to us.
Q. Are your products machine washable?
A. Yes! The durability of our 25 momme silk means that you can machine wash all our products apart from our silk eye masks. Simply pop them in a wash bag, and wash them on a cool, gentle cycle using a pH neutral detergent. If necessary, we recommend spot cleaning the eye mask as required.
Q. Do your products meet any standards?
A. All our silk products have been tested and certified under OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 to be non-toxic and free from harmful dyes and chemicals. While many products on the market only meet OEKO-TEX®'s Product Class II requirements, our silk items meet the Product Class I requirements, being the highest class with the most stringent criteria, deemed to be safe for babies and toddlers. All baby products have been designed in accordance with the recommendations of international SIDS organisations, such as The American SIDS Institute in the US, The Lullaby Trust in the UK, Red Nose Australia and Baby’s Breath in Canada.
